Missing fields in synced trades

Why some trade details may be blank after broker import.

Trade Optic imports whatever your broker or connection provider exposes. Not all brokers supply fees, swap, commission or detailed order IDs.

IG provides transaction history with symbol, direction, size, open/close levels and P/L where available.
MT5 via MetaApi typically includes symbol, volume, open/close prices and profit.
You can add notes, screenshots and journal details manually for any imported trade.

If a field is consistently missing for a supported broker, contact support with an example trade reference.
