Broker connection status meanings

Understand Connected, Syncing, Error and other states on connection cards.

  • Connected — credentials verified; sync is active or idle.
  • Syncing — a trade import is in progress.
  • Error — connection or sync failed; read the message on the card for details.
  • Pending setup (MT5) — MetaApi configuration not yet completed; open the configuration link.

The last synced timestamp shows when trade data was last refreshed. If it is stale, use Sync Now or reconnect.
